Solstice 100 Gravel Grinder

Event Description
added on March 18, 2019 by agirlcyclist Trailblazer

The Solstice Gravel Grinder is in its third year as a premier, grassroots, Nebraska gravel grinder that starts and ends in Malcolm, Nebraska, on June 22, 2019. This ride will journey through the communities of Valparaiso, Loma, Brainard, Dwight, Bee, Garland, and Malcolm. The riders will experience all kinds of gravel roads from flat to hilly to super hilly. And just because we know you want adventure, we will even throw in a few MMRs.

The Solstice 100 field will be limited to 100 riders and will start at 7am. We will also feature a shorter option, a 50 mile gravel grinder, called the Solar Fiddy. The fiddy will be limited to 50 riders and will start at 7:15am. It will follow many of the same roads as the southern half of the Solstice 100 route. There will be one checkpoint at the halfway point, with limited SAG support.
