VP Endurofest, presented by VP Components, returns as the third stop of the series to China Peak Mountain Resort in the Sierra mountains northeast of Fresno. This fun-filled weekend of racing and camping takes place near Huntington Lake 65 miles northeast of Fresno. A fun-filled weekend of racing and camping, participants can expect technically demanding timed downhill stages on loose, rocky and dusty terrain with amazing views of scenic Huntington Lake, capped off by plenty of food, beer, laughter and storytelling from a big day on the bike.
Event organizer Erik Saunders of VP Components says, "We're looking forward to throwing another great event where people can fully experience the fun and camaraderie that this format can provide."
Amy Ramacher, who finished the 2014 series in 2nd place on the Expert Women podium, looks forward to another round at China Peak. "What a great location for an Enduro. Fun, flowy trails as well as technical, rocky ones. Gorgeous mountain and lake views sometimes make it hard to focus on the trails, but watch out for those loose, sharp corners! Well worth the trip to this somewhat remote venue."
