Learn, refine and master the progression of the core fundamentals of mountain biking: bike set up, balance, braking, vision and looking ahead, gear selection, cornering and wheel lifts. Hands-on sessions are structured as a weekly progression clinic starting from whatever level you're at and designed to build confidence and skill. We'll also discuss myths and inaccuracies of mountain biking. Please bring a working bike, a helmet and appropriate riding gear. Class runs rain or shine. Meet at the patio in the back of the building.
