Thanks. I’m glad to see the industry is realizing we can enjoy this sport and that we have $$ to spend too
Will it be a problem wearing clip in shoes. My pedals are crank brothers.
I really look forward to the Yeti demo after the race. I really want a new bike. Just need to see what kind fits me. My specialized Ht weighs 35 pounds. Ugh.Thank you I will look for some videos.
For water I usually wear a 2L hydro pack. Which holds an inhaler and an air pump.
I have the entry level Candy and these are my first step in pedals. They are great for me and you can put the cleats on two ways. One has a narrow release angle and one has a wider release angle. (For how far you have to twist your foot out to be free)
I have a size 7.5 us female shoe that is wide and that small platform around the clip is supportive enough for me.Some guys I know like to feel more… Pedal surface under their foot.
July 29, 2014 at 13:15 in reply to: Rider Assaulted by Hunters on the Stevens Creek Trail, SC #125530Honestly I am surprised that in my area bike shops don’t sell orange jerseys to wear out in the forest. Only hunters are required to wear orange. But it’s smarter and safer for all trail users to wear bright orange.
I’m sad. I wanted to get the Lust 2 or maybe intrigue 2014. Love the blue. It sold out. Not too fond of 2015 colors. Too much black or white
Or you might run into a Coyote guiding a group of people

I wish there was a way to sync map my ride with you guys. Drains battery too much to run both apps

If you ever go to clip less I recommend the crank brothers Candy. Simple cheap ($55) and small platform to them. Small learning curve. I slowly transitioned from platforms to cages (death traps as my group riding peeps called them). Then to these. Also they transfer energy better.
