The new one-mile Federer's Folly trail was 100% built by volunteers, and the local youth cycling team is excited to train on it.

The nearby towns of Festus and Crystal City, Missouri, weren't willing to build MTB trails, so this entrepreneurial couple decided to buy land and build the Plattin Peaks Trails themselves.

Sign for Gans Creek Recreation Area located at 3100 E. Gans Road, with information about Columbia Parks and Recreation and park hours from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The sign is bordered by natural stone landscaping and surrounded by greenery.
