Great episode! I have PTSD from 27 years as a Paramedic and an emergency room Nurse in the city of Detroit. Getting out on the trail and being in the woods is a great way to get into a better head space. Some days I just ride to see the trees and animals, other days I push myself as hard as I can to not only get better at the sport, but to also release the negative energy that gets stored up. Also; you guys sound like a pretty mellow crew. It’s relaxing to just to listen to you guys! Keep up the great pod!
Just listened to this episode. Great stuff! Are there show notes for some of the articles and studies discussed?
