Race Face just dropped a new dropper post today the Turbine R. The new post has the look of a Turbine look, but but the feel of a Fox Transfer.  Race Face notes the Turbine R dropper post can be combined with “Turbine R and Next R cranks, stems, wheels and bars [for] that full rally-ready, RF equipped ride.”

The mechanically-actuated, internally-routed Turbine R dropper post will be offered in two diameters (30.9mm and 31.6mm) and three travel lengths (100mm, 125mm, and 150mm). Buyers can choose form the Turbine R 1X lever ($69.99 MSRP) or the Turbine R Universal Lever ($49.99). Unfortunately neither lever is included in the $294 MSRP for the dropper post itself.

1X lever.

Careful readers will note this is exactly the same pricing and specs as the Marzocchi Transfer dropper post updates announced just last week. (Though Mazocchi does list an externally routed version of their Transfer post.) Pricing appears to be the same as for the Fox Transfer Performance post as well.
