Most mountain bikers agree that riding downhill is more fun than climbing up. And that’s the idea behind shuttling. Of course not every ride can be a shuttle ride — willing drivers aren’t always easy to come by, after all — but sometimes it’s a good call. Still, some riders prefer to earn their turns. We want to know whether you’ve ever coordinated a mountain bike shuttle ride, either with family and friends or a tour operator.
How do you decide which rides are right for a shuttle? Tell us in the comments below!

Decisions based on availability. Either by commercial company or if I can find some friends to arrange things with. All my shuttles have rides of decent mileage with an abundance of descent.

1. Shuttle bike park trails for repeat laps (Forbidden Plateau Cumberland BC, Wilderness Tours Beachburg ON)
2. Shuttle to the top of epic trail for one-way ride (Whole Enchillada Moab, UT, Doctor’s Park Crestted Butte CO, The Ribbon Grand Junction CO)
3. Bike pack drop off for epic off-the-map ride (Kiosk to Achray, Algonquin Park, ON)
Enjoy them rides.
Good hunting.
