Trail Description
About this trail
The Park City Mountain Resort/Old Town area accounts for most of the trails right above the town of Park City. While many of these trails can be accessed by chairlifts or shuttled on the roads, none of the trails in this area are downhill-specific trails. All of them are multi use and two-way, so when descending, be sure to keep an eye out for oncoming traffic.
This area includes a wide variety of singletrack, including some chunky gnar, buff trails, berms, switchbacks, aspen groves, roots, rocks, loam, gravelly-sandy soil, and plenty of fantastic views! In this area alone, there's enough riding to keep you busy for a week!

Review: Awesome stuff. Be ready for the altitude if you are not from high ground.

Review: I posted the same for the DV area... So much hand-cut single track above MidMtn. These trails have such a variety that everyone from advanced to sub-intermediate, from DH to XC will be pleased. Mid Mountain always has traffic, but if you take a few minutes to pick up a PC Summer Map and plan then you can minimize the slowdowns.

Review: An amazing network of singletrack!! I started from the ski resort and opted for the cheaper pedal myself up the mountain vs. pay for a fair priced lift ticket and was quite surprised how moderate the climb acutally was while riding the switchbacked Jennis trail. Once reaching mid mountain I was overwhelmed by the amount of trails that were up there. Would take me a month of every day riding to cover it all, maybe more. I might have to some day move to Park City.

Review: The trails in this area are just phenomenal! While this is only one of many major areas surrounding Park City, I'm pretty sure I'd be happy riding here every day, for like, a month.

Love it!
