Review: This trail mostly travels around the bank of the outlet lake. There are two nature trails that venture into the woods. The Marais des Cygnes River Self-guiding Nature Trail consist of chat rock that turns into a paved trail that ventures around the north slue then back to the main trail. You will cross some wood plank bridges along the way to make things fun .The River Bottom Nature Trail is dirt, root, and some rocky areas. Not very long but gives you a change of landscape and terrain. On the south side of the park is the Long Creek Historical Bridge. You can cross it and ride the pavement back to add to the length of your ride. All in all a nice easy fun ride.
