Getting there
Start at the Indian Trails public golf course clubhouse, pay $5 for a pass inside or $30 for a season pass. There are drinks and hot chili as well. Open winter of 2016 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Details at winterrush.com. Highly seasonal, regularly groomed, one of the most popular fat biking destinations in GR, and a real chance for some camaraderie.

A popular place to ride fatbike, and great opportunity for riding occasional demos. If you don't have a fat bike, this is a go-to! The course does lack a little character compared to other groomed trails in the area (Merrell, Yankee Springs in particular) but the social opportunities here definitely are the best in West Michigan.

Be sure to check conditions on facebook and winterrush.com before making the trip.
