The "singletrack" behind the BMX park is in awful condition. The only feature is a 3' drop, and if the landing is too hard no worries because there is an old mattress waiting to give you a bounce at the bottom. Some sections are muddy, some sections have fallen debris, some sections are so littered with cans, plastic, bottles, bags, etc. that I just packed up and left. Security cameras monitor half the property and the rest is frequented by urban wanderers seeking cover.

The BMX track is now gaurded and only accessable to registered events and bmx bikes.
The pump track was in disrepair and the single track was flooded out (next to a river). Save your self the drive and enjoy ANY of the countless better trails in the area.

an offical BMX race track, yes we can ride our MTB on it.
there is a nice little course up front with various side table tops and rollers...
there is a MTB trail that goes around the backside of the park, prolly 3 miles.
Over all a great place to pump and jump.
