The trail is mostly downhill and a lot of switchbacks and berms with some jumps thrown in if you choose to take them ending at the road. Cross the road and about 200 yards on the right is the Confluence Trail.

Getting there
Starting at the trailhead where Forresthill Connector Trail meets the American River Confluence Trail head up the fire road to the right about .6 of a mile.

    Holly switchbacks batman! They've done some great work on this trail with the berms on the switchbacks. The tunnel is a unique section to run through. Definitely dark through there. Really fun downhill !
