The trail is easy aerobic and can be as technical as you like. The official trail is fairly short but there is plenty to explore. Follow the trial west and then cruise along the North edge here you'll find a huge expanse of slickrock to play on. Make your way out to the point and then head East back to the trail that leads to your car. You really can't go wrong out here there are plenty of ledges to drop, bowls to ride and views to soak in. Play around all you like before heading back to your car.

From I-70 head south on 191 towards Moab. Turn right on Blue Hills Road it is a little after the airport. Follow the road for 2.4 miles and take a left and stay on this road (ignore the forks to the right). After about 1.3 miles hang a right and follow this for a mile it gets sandy drive fast through it. Park near the fence. The trail is a little hard to find go through the gate and the trail is on the right. If you can't find the trail just get up on the bench and head west(left) you'll pick it up.
