This is a just a fun bike to ride. Every time I get on it I have a huge smile on my face. I ride a lot or technical east coast single track and was skeptical of how those massive wheels would handle the trails. 10 minutes on the bike made me a believer. Its a stable, confidence inspiring bike and roles over manky roots and rocks with ease.

I have also logged about 1000 miles of off road touring on the Ursa. Its hands down the best bike I have ever taken into the backcountry. The bike climbs incredibly well while loaded, but its still nimble enough to tackle single track with 30 pounds of gear strapped to it.

The Ursa is a solid backcountry adventure machine that is ready to take you anywhere you can dream up. Drop the bags and it a its an awesome trail bike that will leave you with a grin at the end of the day.

    Pros
This is a beautiful, well made bike. There are a lot of nice details on the Ursa (anything cage mounts, rear rack mounts, sliding drop outs) that allow for a variety of options when setting it up. The 83mm bottom bracket gives you tons of room to run it geared without feeling like your peddles are 10 feet apart. Best of all, its made in America!

    Cons
Nothing that I can think of. Its a well thought out frame with great attention to detail. I would like to run a suspension fork upfront, but there are none that are readily available at the moment. Hopefully someone will come out with one soon.

A near essential addition to any quiver and a great one and only bike for anyone nod doing downhill and enduro racing. Fat enough to ride in winter and small enough to ride in the summer--a great year round bike!

    Pros
Both stable and fun. Bombproof and agile. Best rollover of any bike I've ridden. Incredible grip. A joy to ride in an amazingly wide variety of terrain and conditions.

    Cons
None whatsoever for it's intended purpose--only those which are inherent in a fully rigid bike, and even those are minimized.
