Niner is set to open a factory storefront at their headquarters in Fort Collins, Colorado, SportsOneSource.com reports.

According to the article, Niner will begin selling their bikes and other merchandise directly to consumers, and will allow Niner to double down on their customer service. In addition, they will have a fleet of demo bikes available so riders can test out a Niner before they buy.

“Our Factory Store will take Niner’s customer service and product interaction with the consumer to the next level. We have a ton of knowledge and passion about what we make and this space gives us an in-person opportunity to relay our passion and knowledge to the consumer” said Mike Gann, Niner president, according to SportsOneSource.

It’s important to note that this new factory storefront is not the same thing as branded bike shops at satellite locations similar to the ones being opened by Trek, Specialized, and Giant. Instead, this factory storefront is more comparable to Santa Cruz Bicycles’ factory demos and showroom floor, located right at their headquarters in Santa Cruz, CA.
