Helmet cameras from companies like GoPro have made capturing point-of-view footage on the trail a piece of cake, a simple matter of point and shoot. And since these tiny video cameras are so portable and generally affordable, they’re an easy add-on to any ride kit.
I actually rode with one today, having a play with the new GoPro max 360 camera, very cool!
I used one for a few rides years ago. Unless one is a truly amazing rider, the results are….boring as heck. They even bored myself on replay and make most trails and features seem flatter or easier than they are.
I used to record all the time , but due to a house fire both of my helmet cameras.
