Wheelie Machine reference. I tried using an indoor bike trainer as a manual machine. I helped me build confidence in failing when I did an actual wheelie. No need to build a big contraption, just go get a cheap schwinn trainer or better.

As for most important bike skill I feel its weight shift aka manual. Learn to manual and you will learn to corner faster as you learn how to shift your weight lower.
