Prototype Canfield Stolen in Salt Lake City

Be on the lookout for a stolen Canfield prototype in Salt Lake City.

Canfield Bikes has had one of their prototypes stolen during testing in Salt Lake City, Utah. The bike was a green pre-production Tilt, and being used by EXT Suspension for shock and suspension tuning.

Canfield says that the bike was locked to a bike rack on an EXT employee’s vehicle when it was cut and stolen at around 6:45 am on April 2 on the block of 100 E 400 S in downtown Salt Lake City.

The Tilt was set up as a mixed-wheel bike with a 29er front wheel and a 27.5 rear wheel. It’s a size medium and since it is a pre-production model, there is no serial number.

Canfield says they have notified authorities. Anyone with information is being asked to contact any of the three brands involved:
