A quiet mountain bike is a happy mountain bike. Still, even the most dialed chariot rattles and clicks down the trail. Some noises can be eliminated, while others are just part of the ride.
Brake noise and clicky rear hub?? Below my bike’s stature!!!
Onyx hubs and a one speed automatic makes tire noise above all else. No shifter noise, no pissed off hornets just a bike appearing in silence and scaring the hell outta peeps!
Early Hugi hubs were the noise maker of the century. I still have a classic with those things and I think the surrounding states know when that bike is on the prowl!
Me. I’m the loudest part.
My i9 hubs, by a lot. Angry
Hornets ftw!
