Information regarding the new Transfer has been available for a few weeks now, but it’s still a very new post to hit the market—so new, in fact, that the pre-production Fox Transfer I rode at the Scott bike launch was having some design issues with the cable pull at the bottom of the post. Supposedly, these issues will be fixed in the production models.

The Transfer is available in three drop options: 4in (100mm), 5in (125mm), and 6in (150mm). It’s available in two seatpost diameters (30.9mm and 31.6mm), and both internal and external seatpost routing. In addition, there are two different types of handlebar levers available, depending on the drivetrain you’re using (1x or multi-ring) and where you want to situate the lever. Finally, depending on your budget, you can choose between the top-tier Factory model and the more affordable Performance model. In short, no matter what bike you’re riding, you can find a Transfer to fit your needs!

As you can no doubt tell from the photos, the Factory Transfer features the same silky-smooth Kashima coating found on Fox’s highest-end forks – the Performance model is all black.

MSRP: $314 for the Factory, $264 for the Performance, $65 for the remote.
