On Sunday May 4th 2008 there is a five boro bike tour sponsored by Commerce Bank. It is rain or shine and it takes you thru all five boros which if your from the metro area is pretty cool. Any other day and you’d be run over. I’m registered along with my girlfriend and will probably get a few more friends to do it! Should be pretty cool!! check out the website

If anyone lives in the metro area Cunningham park is a pretty cool trail to check out. It has beginner and intermediate, and advanced trails. They’re in pretty good shape, and its pretty good after work cause you dont have to go too far! The only negative I found was you have to walk your bike over the bridge to get to the otherside of the park because of broken bottles!! Otherwise I think its a blast. My next trail will be Sprain Ridge. Let ya know how that turns out! 😀
I rode the trail again on sunday and made it over a couple of them. I will take everyones advice though I think you guys are right about the momentum I seem to slow up too much where midway thru I get stuck! the ones I made it over my timing was right! Oh by the way the girlfriend came with me on sunday and had a good time too! thanks again guys I’m glad there is a forum that we all could help each other out!!
