Desert season is rapidly approaching as snow has moved into the high country in Colorado. I have been seeing some recent content coming out of Hurricane and Virgin and it has reminded me of how much I love this place. King Kong has to be my favorite trail in the area. Sometimes you start when the temperatures are below freezing, all by yourself, just with your trail bike, half lid and autonomous drone. The best days always have a way of sticking in your brain. I will remember this run forever. This was ridden on my Yeti SB150. Next time I am bringing the SB165DH. This one warrants a proper downhill rig and a full face helmet, make no mistake. Rampage 2025?
