Mountain Biking Te Ranga A Hiwi

  Add a review
#313 of 387 mountain bike trails in New Zealand

Te Ranga-a-Hiwi is the Maori name for the hills between Point Jerningham (at the northern tip of Mount Victoria) to the coast between Lyall Bay and Island Bay that is, Mount Victoria, Mount Alfred, and Mount Albert. However, the scope of this track seems to be limited to connecting the summit of Mount Victoria with the summit of Mount Alfred.
The northern section of this track, from the Alexandra Road toilet block up to the summit of Mount Victoria, coincides with part of Mt Vic Summit track.
