Fairly easy trail with soft dirt that runs pretty much parallel with the Shunga creek. There are some pretty cool dirt jumps about two thirds of the way through, but they can also be avoided fairly easily.

I think this trail is called the Orville Rice Nature Trail. This is a nice trail for beginners or taking the kids out to enjoy time in the woods. A nice wide well groomed trail. Nothing challenging here just a smooth ride. There are a few spots where you get close to the edge of Shunganunga Creek. It's a fast out and back about. Two miles one way with some nice scenery. Beware of people walking. Kind of a busy trail due to it's location.
