Mountain Biking River Trail

***   Add a review
#490 of 1,354 mountain bike trails in Colorado
#5,071 in the world

The River Trail is fairly wide in town but becomes a nice singletrack once you get away from
town. The trail branches at about the 1.5 mile mark into an Upper and Lower Trail. Take either
option, they connect on the end. Ride back to town. A nice ride, surprising singletrack section
through the woods near the end. An easy ride in town, not very hard aerobically or technically.

This is a commuter and multi-use trail. You will more than likely encounter several people walking, jogging and pets. Please take it easy till you get to the valley floor where its less populated and more open and visible.
