Mountain Biking Rhythm and Blues

***   Add a review
#308 of 698 mountain bike trails in Utah
#8,817 in the world

There are two trails here, Rhythm and Blues loop and an extra segment called Rock and Roll which can be combined for a different loop or a figure 8. All trails are full of short up and downs and are low on the technical scale relative to other area rides.

These trails make for a reasonably fun little quick ride, good for a recovery day between the area's more challenging trails. Rock and Roll is a little tougher than Rhythm and Blues, but it's all doable by a solid intermediate.
