Getting there
Pretty easy to find - best way is probably from Ave du Parc on the East side of the mountain, though there's also parking up closer to the summit on Camillien-Houde

Rider questions

Q: Anyone know of group rides to this trail (or ones near it) in August 2017? Or know of any shops/individuals willing to rent a MTB to a visitor? Thanks!
A: Most of the MTB groups are further North/West towards Oka or other trails outside the city. McGill Cycling is mostly road cyclists (some MTB and CX riders), but they know the park well https://forum.mcgillcycling.com/
