Trail Description
About this trail
The trail has some good speed which is good for killing yourself on the many curves. There is only one 150 yard hill that hurts. I'm a "weekend worrior", and have the option of walking this hill, or puking a lung(usually I go for the plueral fluid). I't is a 3.5 mile trail, which I do in 19-20 min., some do better, some do worse. This is a real good trail for sprint training, and getting your wife on the trail. FYI: This is a trail in the woods, no restrooms. Bring a change of clothes, avoid the big mud-holes(trust me), and have a blast.

Review: double track, not too bad to get to where you are going on the offshoot trails.

Review: This trail seemed to be more for ATVs and dirt bikes. I was staying in area so I thought I'd give it a try but I have to be honest, it was awful. There were several down trees blocking portions of the trail, massive amounts of standing water (4-5 inches deep) and too many random turns/forks with no markings to follow.

I would not recommend this trail, its worth the drive to Knoxville for better riding.
