Q: Can people rollerblade? -Guest

A: not on the dirt trail, however, there is a very nice paved trail running almost parallel that you can.

Review: Good short trail. Sort of flowy, but enough switch backs and turns to keep you peddling most of the time. Winds around a really nice paved bike trail, the local YMCA, and some little league baseball fields. Definitely gives off that "safe", "family-friendly" vibe. Well drained and maintained. Could use a few more berms and technical features along the way though.

Review: Good intermediate trail for a short ride. Forget the free ride was all overgrown or I went the wrong way.

Review: The Milford Trail is about six miles of tight singletrack with occasional technical features as well as having a bit of flow. It makes very good use of the terrain in the area with some punchy climbs as well as some nice descents. The trail always seems to be well maintained. It's worth a visit to turn 2 or 3 laps.

Review: Solid intermediate trail. A good handful of technical turns and small climbs , and some sections of speed a couple miles into the trail. It wasn't anything mind-blowing, but it was a solid trail. Added benefit of having the kensington trail right next to it, so you can ride around kensington for trail, and over to Island Lake.

Review: Good trail for fat bikes nice flow never had to put it in grainy or jam on the brakes could use more free ride sections or obstacles to add to the fun and make it more challenging.

Review: One of the most fun trails around and very easy to navigate. Did it with a friend(we're both 14) and finished in a little over a half hour and it was our first time ever on the trail. Easy to hop on an once your done you can follow the paved bike path which will lead to Kensington metro park. If you keep going from there you can make your way to Island Lake mountain bike park. which is about 5 miles away.

Review: I think more experienced riders might find this trail overly simple, but this is my 2nd year with a bike and I really enjoyed it. The climbs are not super steep, but some are quite extended. My winter legs were burning a few times. There are some rewarding descents that keep you looking forward and moving your body. Not a lot of obstacles, but I didn't mind as the pace of the trail is pretty fun.

Review: I usually tack this trail on as part of a larger ride. I start at island lake and ride through Kensington to this trail. Makes for a nice scenic longer ride. The trail itself is a fun little trail that's on the technical side. Lots of small climbs. The last 1.5 miles are my favorite, has a nice flow and can pick up some speed.

Review: This trail is fine for the first time rider, a first ride of the season, or if you live right down the street and have no time to go anywhere else. I doubt I'll be back. No good downhills, no good climbs, really just a dirt trail slowly meandering through the woods (and a few clearings). Guess I'm just used to some of the others in the area.

Review: Decided to try this trail out today since I live so close to it. I've been riding island lake, maybury and lakeshore lately but wanted something different so I thought id try out Milford. Wow, what a great trail that you really never hear about. Its starts out pretty easy in the woods then gets a little more hillier. Then you start to cross this section that is all cleared out like power lines used to be there. A bunch of switchbacks take you up and along this area. The trail gets very tight at sections and twisty with some nice drops here and there. Then after this part you end up along the golf course where there's a little free ride section with some more technical obstacles, it was pretty short though. Shortly after that section you end up in a really cool roller coaster section with wooden bridges at the bottom of the hills. Then you cross the paved trail and the trail starts to speed up with some nice wide turns going down hill towards the end of the trail. The last few miles were my favorite it started to flow really good after the part by the golf course. Oh, the end is pretty much all along the side of the lake, its a really fun trail.
