Trail Description
About this trail
Trail is to the left when looking at the beach. Follow it as it loops around
the lake.

Trail is mostly singletrack with some doubletrack and has some gravel on it.
Few to none technical features but has quite a few short, punchy climbs. A
great place to get a bunch of miles in after work.

Review: Mostly doubletrack loop around the lake. Some drainage issues keeps it wet longer after a rain or during spring thaw.

Review: Currently the trail is leaf-covered and not the smoothest, but still a good place to get in some miles. The side trails provide some good hills and more technical terrain. I was there this morning and didn't encounter another person. Very peaceful.

Review: Nice doubletrack all around the lake and through a campground. This trail a great XC training playground with some killer climbs if you get off the main trail.

To access the main trail, park at the beach and take the trail just to the left of the beach that goes off into the woods. As a general rule, take the right fork at each opportunity. This will lead you around the lake and through the campground.

Some more challenging trails can be found north of the lake and just behind the main parking lot at the beach (just up the hill).

Terrain on the main trail is beginner-friendly and is frequented by hikers. The offshoot trails are much more hilly.

Review: A nice, mostly non-technical trail with some short climbs. Able to crank out some dirt miles fairly quickly. There are some roots/eroded sections that are technical. "Just" down the road from Banner Lakes which is more technical.
