It's really tough to find something not to like about this trail. It doesn't offer the scenic views that other trails along the Front Range do, but there is so much packed into this tight little network of trails. It's very flowy and very beginner friendly, while offering plenty to those who want to carve out a few berms or practice a couple step-downs. This trail is where I introduced my wife and daughter to mountain biking. It was accessible enough to them that it didn't scare them off, while providing a lot of fun for me and my son. It let us cruise and ride hard without leaving them miles behind us.
The one thing that you really do need to be cautious of is that there is frequently two-way traffic, and enough blind corners that could lead to some rather serious accidents. Fortunately, the grass isn't so tall that you can't spot someone around most corners. Just be alert and get to know the trail before trying to hit it hard, and be aware that a lot of neighborhood kids use it - don't plaster one of them!
