Trail Description
About this trail
This trail is one of the coolest around. The flow is incredible and the views of Lake Clementine and the canyons are awesome. The trail is all rolling singletrack with a descent into a ravine and the mandatory climb out. This trail was crafted for mountain bikers by FATRAC, it\\\'s full of twists and turns, and like forresthill you have to be carefull not to go too fast because the sharp turns come up quick, and with the leaves on the ground you can slide off the side. Also if you have wide bars like me you have to be carefull not to drag them on the hillside when laying the bike over in the turns since the trail is cut out deep in places.

Review: Awesome trail. I would say it's a little more than intermediate... especially when muddy. Lol

Review: This trail is a lot of fun and I did it when riding the Lake Clementine loop. It can be rocky at times but nothing too technical. In pretty good condition right now.

Review: Great flow and single track. Some rock gardens and fire road. Loop is about 1200 feet. Take it multiple times.

Review: I don't get the love for this trail, I really don't. It's always the least favorite part of my loops in Auburn. If I could skip it entirely without riding on the road, I would. It's not technical enough to be challenging, not fast enough to be fun, and just steep enough in a few spots to be annoying.

Review: Great trail. Currently a little dry which makes the trail a little slick, but still a great ride. Going up these hills will really blast your legs.

Review: Best ride in Auburn area for smooth downhill. Connector trail is rolling single track with a short fire road climb and descent to the culvert trail. Culvert is a wicked fast downhill with jumps and banked corners that takes you to the confluence which has narrow exposed single track along the American River. Trail ends back at old Foresthill road and crossing road takes you to a long steep fire road climb on clementine back to your start. Easily the best riding in the area. Many riders combine Foresthill Divide ride with this ride. Best to do with two cars and save yourself the climb up Clementine.

Review: I love this trail. As others have said it has great flow. I usually ride it as part of a bigger ride. Be careful on the weekends as I have heard of a few head ons.

Review: Rode the trail last week and about a third of it was covered in snow from the brief storm two weeks earlier. First time riding in the snow. What a blast! Downhill corners with ice were a little hairy! This is one of the best trails in the area in my opinion.
