A connector track that goes around the western side of Mount Alfred. This track surface is hard-packed dirt with a few tree roots. During winter, it will become muddy. There is a small climb of a few metres as the track approaches the Alexandra Road saddle.

Southern end is at the northwest corner of Alexandra Park. Of the several tracks at that point, this one heads northeast and is almost flat initially.
Northern end is at the Alexandra Road saddle point, marked by an information board and the intersection of several tracks. This track heads southwest and slightly down under the mature pine trees.
