Head west on the Voie Verte into Dreuilhe. Follow French VTT signs (trail 8) left into a wide, gently climbing trail. Climb up and along the ridge until you meet the goose farm, then down the tramac switchbacks to the main road. Turn right on the main road, then first left into the village of Campredon. Follow VTT signs to the left and climb up and out of the village. At the end of the village signs lead left onto muddy, slightly technical singletrack that descends steadily through the forest until it reaches a wider gravel path by the river. Follow the path on into La Bastide Sur L'Hers to complete the loop.
