Follow French VTT signs for trail 7. These lead up a track to Chapelle St Roch. Just before the Chapelle, follow signs down to the right onto singletrack along the ridge. There is an electric fence halfway along, be sure to close it behind you. At the end of the singletrack, turn right onto the road and immediately left onto a stoney downhill into La Bastide sur l'Hers. From there, join the Voie Verte for a fast, level, gravelly ride back towards Laroque d'Olmes. As you approach the village, there is a signposted turnoff down to the right leading to singletrack along the side of fields that brings you up to the main road. From here it is a steep road climb back up to the Eglise from where you started.
