I have been shopping at Outspokin for years. Very knowledgeable staff and owner. Have a great demo and rental fleet as well.

2 stars only for the helpful staff Would have been one if not for them.
I appreciate the donations and community outreach the company does, but the owner acted snooty towards me as If I couldn't afford a bike from there and I had no business at the store even after I spent a great deal on parts from there just to support the LBS. Def buying all my parts online Next build and next bike elsewhere This was the Woodstock Location

Kevin I believe was the owners name
I only know cause I asked one of the "friendly staff" who that was that just acted so rude towards me so I could tell the manager.

Genuinely not impressed with the quality/craftsmanship at this LBS. I brought in a brand new frame and components for a build out. All the parts were in the right place, but the "little things" were not what I would expect for a shop trying to gain a new long-term customer. The bike was returned without the oil wiped off of the frame, particularly in obvious places like on the white lettering... The derailleur cables (externally routed) were crossed under the down tube, creating a potential wear point where they contacted. This is despite having a channel block under the bottom bracket for crossing the cables without contacting each other. I found the channel block because it's cover was loose and kept popping off (i.e., I had to tighten it myself after I re-routed the cables and re-adjusted the derailleurs). The handlebar was not centered - close, but again I adjusted it myself to properly center it. I know these are all little things, but it's attention to detail and craftsmanship that determine who get's my business. No point in paying an LBS to do work if I have to do re-work afterwards. Not impressed.

Why did you not buy your bike from the LBS. Nothing worse than someone shopping online and bringing the frame and parts in for a build.

Great staff who are passionate about both trail & road. Recently had them do some upgrades to my bike, performed it timely & at a fair price.

Brought bike in for a tuneup. While cleaning they broke the water bottle holder screw. They attempted to remove the broken screw and stripped out the screw hole. Wanted to charge me $35 to fix it. Also had a flat changed at the same time. Tire was flat within first mile of first ride. Emailed the owner with my concerns. He could not be bothered to reply. Horrible service!

Nice shop - super helpful, knowledgeable staff. Bent my rear wheel on a ride one morning a few weeks ago - repaired same day! Reasonable.

Can't say enough good things about this shop. Good mechanics, an open workshop, friendly service. They gave about $5K+ worth of bikes to the Dirty Duathalon race winners and more in support and other stuff. They support MTBing in South Cherokee with more than just words. Great shop, great selection, decent prices (when compared to online prices + shipping costs, the difference is negligible). Access and parking could be better, but that is not their fault, as they have to share parking with a sign company and all the other little shops in downtown Woodstock. Great place run by great people that really care about mountain biking and not just as a way to make a buck.

These guys were great to me. I have been riding for a while (but I am new to the canton area) and I wanted to get my wife and two boys on a bike. I went down talked to these guys and they fixed me up without breaking the bank. They even put me in less expensive bikes then I went in intending to buy. Since then they have done maintenance on my bike and I still have no complaints. I am happy I found them. Now if only I could get the wife on the bike.
