Very fun bike. For me this obviates the need for a cross-country full suspension bike.

Pros
Incredibly agile. Don't be discouraged by the large wheels

Cons
None. Maybe that it does not allow a front derailleur?

Great first trail bike, but the wheels and fork might eventually let you down.

It's my first bike and I'm really enjoying it. It does everything I need it to. It feels very well made and light.

My 3rd mtb and 1st 29er. I really like it. I don't see it on trek's web site, maybe not being offered for 15.

Smooth shifting, climbs well, stable handling.

Cons
Not tubeless ready, lower end shimano brakes.

Awesome starter bike for the price!

Some updates are advised like fork and tubeless rims but for this price, can't find anything better
