If you have the money to spare, and by spare I mean all the bills are paid and food in some of the cabinets, I would buy this bike. I would recommend this carbon queen for any one who is looking to shred any trail out there, the long distance rider who wants to take pole position and/or anyone who appreciates the finer things in life.

    - Lightweight (~26lbs, Carbon)
    - High end, super responsive shifters and derailleurs (Shimano XTR, XTR Shadow Plus)
    - Fox's new Float 34 is incredibly responsive and fluid, eats everything even on semi-lock
    - Wider wheels which means more contact for the 29x2.30" tread
    - Combination of wheels and suspension provide a near smooth ride for all terrains
    - Hydraulic Brakes are phenomenal (XTR Trail) combination with ABP in the rear, which keeps the rear suspension alive when braking is flawless, no loss in fluidity.
    - DT Swiss wheels and paint scheme make this thing beautiful.
    - Uphills don't exist and downhills become conquered effortlessly

It is pricey for the carbon frame, $8,400, but still less than other competitive bikes. Aluminum frame is only a couple pounds heavier.
