    Just get one.

    Pros
Balance. With these tires not only can you ride in any condition anywhere, you have outstanding balance.

    Cons
Too fun to ride, you will ride it all the time. I bought it as a second bike. A winter bike. Now it is my primary bike.

fun bike w/miles of smiles. Definitely NOT your only bike, but a worthy arrow for your quiver. I ride mind all year long.

    Pros
Goes anywhere! Very cool bike to ride. Pretty comfortable for a full rigid.

    Cons
durability. I am a big guy (6'6"/225) and I snap chains like there is no tomorrow. Also have mangled some cassettes/front gears. Rear hub crapped out after a few hundred miles

Great for riding in challenging conditions like snow, mud, or sand.

    Pros
Steel frame - yes! Surprisingly lightweight and maneuverable. Very versatile.

    Cons
This has to be a second (or third bike) for most people - just not as fast or fun as a more traditional mountain bike.
