This is my first titanium bike and I am very happy with it. It is almost as light as my road bike and I'm very impressed by the handling and the response of the fork. I have not ridden any of the other titanium bikes that retail at two and three times the price, but so far, this one is serving me well and I bought it from a company that features "Satisfaction Guaranteed" so my investment is safe.
Pros Very light weight!. A scant 24# outfitted with Eggbeater Candy Pedals. Comfortable geometry, 100mm fork, hydraulic disks, XTR derailers. All top end components at an unbelievable price!
Cons Tires. Factory equipped Kenda Small Block tires instantly fill with mud. I would switch to Kenda Klaws unless you're on totally dry surfaces.
UPDATE!
I completely thrashed the wheels. The Vuelta XRP line is ok, but for a 220# guy like myself, they're not strong enough.
The ti soaks up the trail chatter nicely I recommend it for x country
Pros
Light Hard tail ti fast very responsive for a 29er
Cons
Thank |Bottom bracket hieght is low
