I have long been curious about fat bikes but the cost was concerning. Priced about $650 retail, the Giant Momentum Rocker is an attractive, affordable and quality introduction to fat biking. This bike does best on forest trails or trails featuring five inches or less of hard pack snow. That being said, don't take this baby out on new snow or snow that is soft or sticky - it will be an exercise in futility. All in all, I am very satisfied with this bike and would recommend it strongly to the casual rider looking to add to winter fun!_
