Model/Year: 27.5 x 2.25 TCS Light/High Grip

Pros: Good grip Good tread pattern

Cons: Not amazing in sand Can wear down quick

Recommendation: Got for $20, so I love them, but you might want to consider something else if you are buying at full price

Model/Year: 27.5 X 2.25 2016

Pros: keeps rolling well nice tread pattern nice side knobs durable

Cons: not the best for super gnarly riding

Recommendation: Great tire that you can use on the front or the back, makes a world of difference in your riding!

Model/Year: 29x2.4" tcs light fast rolling

Pros: good grip whether you're turning, slowing, climbing, etc

Cons: poked a hole in one on it's first ride with a trail rock. wouldn't seal enough to continue

Recommendation: WTB has been really cool in emails and spot on with their tire recommendations for my rims, riding style and area. I started with trail boss front and rear but use it only on the rear now with vigilante 2.3 up front. The trail boss 2.4 IS NOT wider than the vigilante up front. This has been a great combo so far in winter through spring conditions as well as in the desert.

Model/Year: 2015

Pros: Fast, grippy, high volume, wear well, durable even in the Light casing. Great in most conditions.

Cons: Weight. 783g for 2.25" Light/Fast casing.
Not great in thick mud

Recommendation: As a front and/or rear tire for XC or light all mountain riding. As a rear for more aggressive riding
