SportsOneSource reports that Cannondale has entered into an agreement with GE Money’s Sales Finance group to provide consumer financing on bikes at Cannondale dealers starting January 15, 2009. Customers can use the Cannondale credit card to finance purchases of Cannondale, GT, Mongoose, and Schwinn bikes and accessories at their local bike shop (and perhaps online – no word on this yet).
Hopefully you’ve been keeping your credit strong during the weak economy – this program seems like a good way to get a new mountain bike. Just make sure you keep your payments up – the bike repo guy might ambush you at the local trailhead!
