Breadwinner clients can request all manner of frame specifications, including equipment mounts in just the right spot, a five-millimeter longer head tube to eliminate a pesky spacer, single-speed dropouts, a reach measurement that’s just right for their shred style, and countless others.
The Portland, Oregon based builders recently updated the Bad Otis platform with a steeper 76° seat tube angle for an improved climbing position and a 65° head tube angle whipping at the brief 415mm chainstays for the down-track party. Those are the set starting points for one fantastic custom machine, and the rest is up to the buyer.
The brake hose and dropper post cable can both be internally routed so there’s nothing cluttering the clean Columbus tubes. Breadwinner builders, Tony Pereira and Ira Ryan gave a nod to their mutual motorcycle passion with a custom Ducati-inspired font on the updated Bad Otis.
