Quarry Lake Park in Shakopee, Minnesota is getting closer to adding 3 miles of new singletrack mountain bike trails. According to this article, the Shakopee City Council approved a plan to build trails and a mountain bike skills park. The project is estimated to cost $100,000 – $200,000. If all goes well, construction will begin this fall.
Like many trail projects getting the green light this year, the trails will be used by the local school mountain bike team, along with the general public.
