WTB adds first fat bike tire

It’s hard to believe but the WTB Bailiff is the first true fat bike tire from the brand. The 27.5×4.5″ tire can be purchased with or without studs. The Bailiff features siped knobs and a center tread that’s designed to be fast rolling. Also notable: the tire can be run in either direction, reportedly offering extra traction when mounted in reverse.

OneUp V3 dropper post

Last week Jeff wrote that today’s mountain bikes could stand to lose some weight, and this week OneUp delivers with a V3 dropper post that is reportedly even lighter than the Fox Transfer SL by up to 60g. The new post, which had been in development for three years, features a shorter stack and overall length to give more riders and more bikes maximum travel, plus it features improved seals and requires 75% less lever force to actuate.

Like the OneUp V2 dropper post, the infinitely adjustable V3 is offered in travel lengths ranging from 90mm up to 240mm and in 30.6, 31.6, and 34.9mm diameters.

  • Price: $269.99 dropper only; $44.99 remote; $299.99 dropper + remote

ENVE Innerdrive hub design
