The Forbidden Supernought arrives
The Forbidden Supernought has already been raced at the World Cup by Connor Fearon, but until now, mortals were unable to get their hands on one. Now, Forbidden Bike Co. says the 205mm DH bike is available to the general public. The unique Trifecta high pivot suspension system is said to deliver a “completely rearward trajectory throughout its travel” that maintains momentum and composure through the biggest hits.

New Balance x Levi’s MTB shoe collab
Can’t say we saw this one coming, but we’re here for it. Denim brand Levi’s has teamed up with New Balance to offer a limited edition sneaker “inspired by the birth of mountain biking in Marin County, California.” The MT580 initially debuted as a trail running shoe and came into fashion in the go-go 90s, though it was never designed specifically for MTB.

Muc-off saddle pack
Muc-off may be known for their cleaners, lubes, and bike brushes but they also sell a number of quality accessories. The latest: the Muc-off Saddle Pack. The 0.7L pack is made using durable materials and is water-resistant, designed to hold an inner tube and essential tools.

Suweeka Bike Lifter Rack
The new Suweeka Bike Lifter hitch rack delivers some pretty cool features, at a cost. The rack can be lowered to ground level for loading heavy bikes and the trays can be repositioned to avoid bike-on-bike contact. Suweeka also uses a quick-connect system that’s said to make it easy to take the bike on and off your vehicle. Pre-orders for the first 100 racks open December 15.

YT Decoy eMTB sees parts updates
Several YT Decoy recently received a spec update, with new Shimano EP801 motors, a large 720Wh battery, and the latest YT Postman V2 dropper post.

Classified launches app for electronic drivetrain system
Classified continues to build out the ecosystem around their unique drivetrain that pairs a wireless, internally geared hub with a traditional cassette and derailleur. The new Classified app for both Apple and Android devices allows riders to customize shifter operation and check battery levels on the shifter and thru-axle.
