GoldenGoose and I recently shuttled the Windy Gap trail in Ellijay, GA and I’ve got to say, that was one rocking downhill!

Looks like you guys ran into some snow near the top. Those are some big rocks too, seems like a pretty good DH run.

We should have. It was a Wednesday though so we figure you’d be slaving away at the computer. 😉 Gonna definitely go back up there again once things dry out and try the full Windy Gap XC loop. Maybe we can get a decent map next time around. 😢 Wait until you see the 2nd half of the DH video. The trail turns into something from a groomed DH bike park. Total 180 but it was still the best of both worlds in one trail.

Sorry Jeff, that’s kind of what I figured too… should shot you that text too! That, and I didn’t think you would have been interested in doing shuttle runs on your 29er HT! Next time we go though we’ll let you know! I’m totally down for trying to meet up and ride during your 29 rides in 29 days…. keep me posted.
And like GG said, just wait for the next video! It is going to be kick butt too!
