Just a heads up. When you are using a "trail-a-bike" it is a pretty good idea to make sure the passenger is on it before heading down the trail. Not saying that I may of done this to a certain 5 year old daughter of mine. Just saying………

I understand. Total inductive logic, for sure. Not at all based on trial and error. Good thinking anyhow. 😃

I do believe in teaching kids to be independent and self-confident, but maybe 5 is a bit young to start them out on solo rides (or hikes as it could have turned out). 😆

They need to learn to suck it up might as well start young. Independence is a good thing.
